At Kisah, we strive to ensure your fashion journey is seamless; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 15 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Log into your Kisah account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Pack the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags and invoices are included for our inspection team.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
